Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts electronically at any time throughout the year via the journal’s Article Submission System. Manuscripts may be prepared The official journal template.
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Manuscripts must fall within the journal’s scope and will undergo a double-anonymized peer-review process. Final acceptance decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the quality, originality, and relevance of the submission.
To ensure language accuracy, authors are encouraged to use grammar-checking.
As an open-access journal, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable upon acceptance. Authors retain full copyright over their published work.

2. Author Accountability
The Corresponding Author acts on behalf of all co-authors and assumes responsibility for the authenticity and accuracy of the submission. This author is tasked with:
Ensuring all co-authors approve the final manuscript
Managing communication during the review and publication process
Confirming the correct author order at the time of submission
Any changes to the author list—such as adding, removing, or reordering authors—must be submitted before acceptance, along with an explanation and written agreement from all involved parties. Post-acceptance authorship changes are only permitted under exceptional circumstances and must be authorized by the editor. If the article is already published, a corrigendum will be issued to document such changes.
3. Originality and Plagiarism
All submissions must be original and unpublished. They should not be under review by another journal or publication. Manuscripts undergo a strict plagiarism check using similarity detection tools.
If plagiarism is identified:
The submission will be immediately rejected
The authors will face a 3-year publication ban from the journal
The original source will be informed, and a formal apology will be required
4. Declaration of Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence the research, including:
Employment affiliations
Funding or grant support
Consultancy roles
Equity holdings or intellectual property
If no conflicts exist, authors must state that they have no competing interests that may have affected the integrity of the work.
5. Rights and Usage
Authors are allowed to create personal copies of their published article for academic or research purposes. However, selling or distributing these copies for commercial gain is not permitted.
6. Corrections and Retractions
If an error is discovered in a published article, the journal will issue a formal correction to maintain academic integrity. The Crossmark feature will reflect any amendments, including retractions or clarifications, depending on the severity of the issue.
Retractions will be issued for articles found to have serious ethical or factual issues that cannot be resolved post-publication.
7. Article Processing Charge (APC)
To publish in this open-access journal, authors are required to pay a fixed Article Processing Charge. The APC is non-refundable under the following conditions:
The author has already signed the copyright agreement
The article is withdrawn or removed in accordance with the journal’s policies
The publication process is terminated after final acceptance
8. Indexing and Abstracting Disclaimer
Inclusion in indexing and abstracting databases is managed by independent organizations. The journal has no control over the selection or processing times for articles in such databases.
9. Withdrawal Policy
Once submitted, authors are expected to refrain from requesting withdrawal of the article. Such requests may disrupt the editorial workflow. The editorial board retains the authority to proceed with publication if the article has successfully completed peer review and been accepted.
